Customer Service Representative - Inside Sales Job Location: Stockton, California Job Type: Temp to Hire Pay Rate: $20-$22/hour Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:30am-5pm Description of Position: Do you have experience in customer service and inside sales? Our client is a leading provider of stone surfaces, cabinetry, and home improvement materials and is looking for a motivated Customer Service Inside Sales Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate is customer focused, sales minded, and comfortable assisting customers with product selection while providing outstanding service. Responsibilities

:

• Assist customers in person, by phone, and via email with product inquires and orders
• Provide product recommendations and upsell inventory while maintaining a customer first approach
• Process sales transactions and enter customer information accurately into company systems
• Read and interpret tape measurements for product specifications and customer orders
• Maintain organized product displays and a clean, professional showroom environment
• Resolve customer questions and concerns in a courteous and timely manner
• Support team members and contribute to efficient daily operations Description of Company: You will be supporting a well-established kitchen remodeler in Stockton, California. Experience Required:
• Previous customer service and inside sales experience required
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately
• Strong basic math skills
• Comfortable using computers for data entry and order processing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer service
