We are seeking a motivated and results oriented Inside Sales Representative to support business development efforts within a growing manufacturing and distribution organization. This role is responsible for generating new business opportunities, growing existing customer relationships, managing a sales pipeline, processing orders, and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is a proactive sales professional who enjoys building relationships, identifying customer needs, and working collaboratively to achieve business objectives. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the growth of an innovative product portfolio while supporting customers across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Account Management

• Develop and manage a portfolio of new and existing customer accounts.
• Prospect and engage potential customers to identify new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline while meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strengthen relationships with customers and channel partners to drive long-term growth.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and increase customer retention.
• Process customer orders and coordinate fulfillment activities.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and customer records. Business Development
• Promote the company's products and solutions to prospective and existing customers.
• Develop a strong understanding of customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activity.
• Identify emerging opportunities that support business growth. Customer Service
• Ensure accurate order processing and timely delivery.
• Provide responsive support throughout the sales process and after the sale.
• Resolve customer questions and issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Build lasting relationships through exceptional service and communication.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in inside sales, business development, account management, or a related customer-facing role.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, packaging, industrial products, or a related industry is preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to identify customer needs and develop effective solutions.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with CRM software is a plus.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
