Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a Leasing Consultant, you will play a crucial role in the property leasing process, providing exceptional customer service to prospective tenants while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other legal requirements. Your expertise in real estate administration and facilities management will contribute to the overall success of our property leasing operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist prospective tenants in finding suitable rental properties by understanding their needs and preferences.
• Conduct property tours and showcase available units, highlighting features and amenities.
• Manage the application process, including data entry and documentation verification.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations throughout the leasing process.
• Maintain accurate records of resident interactions and applications using Realpage's Onesite
• Collaborate with the property management team to address resident inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Stay informed about local real estate trends, market conditions, and competitive properties.
• Support marketing efforts to promote available units through various channels. Skills
• Strong understanding of real estate administrative procedures and legal requirements related to property leasing.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations compliance is preferred.
• Proficient in data entry with excellent attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
• Experience with Realpage or similar property management software is a plus.
• Excellent sales skills with the ability to effectively communicate features of properties to potential tenants.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of facilities management principles is beneficial for addressing tenant needs effectively.
