We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic and self-motivated professional as a Leasing Agent, which is a sales focused position performing branding, marketing and leasing for a premier apartment complex. Leasing Agent

Responsibilities

:

• Primarily responsible for all aspects of leasing the complex prospect management, tours, sales, closing.
• Manage sales cycle effectively for many prospects at one time.
• Assist in leasing performance reporting.
• Assist in developing/updating/implementing the marketing plan.
• Responsible for lease documentation compliance reviews.
• Help manage marketing channels - social media, online listings, influencers, street teams etc.
• Community building events develop and carryout, build sense of community and connectedness at complex
• Assist in office set up and operations.
• Apartment Turnovers & Make-Readies
• Training - develop localized training material for Leasing Agent position. Leasing Agent

Requirements

:

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Savvy sales personality with ability to close
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Entrepreneurial and self-motivated mindset a plus
• Proficient knowledge in Microsoft office including Outlook, Word and Excel
• 2-5 years leasing or sales experience preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
