As we continue to expand, we are seeking a motivated AT&T; Sales Crew Member to join our energetic and results-driven sales team. In this role, you will represent one of the most recognized names in telecommunications, build strong customer relationships, and play a direct role in driving sales performance within a retail environment. As an AT&T; Sales Crew Member , you will interact with customers through in- store consultations and wireless sales initiatives. In this AT&T; Sales Crew Member you will develop a strong understanding of AT&T; wireless products, service plans, and cost-saving options, enabling you to confidently guide customers toward solutions that best fit their needs. Responsibilities

:

• Conduct engaging, face-to-face sales presentations to introduce AT&T; products and services to new and existing customers in a retail environment
• Proactively engage with customers to discuss wireless devices, service plans, and current promotional offers
• Assist customers with service activations, upgrades, and account updates while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workspace for customers and team members
• Recommend AT&T; solutions based on each customer's lifestyle, usage habits, and budget
• Participate in weekly AT&T; Sales Crew Member training sessions to stay up to date on products, pricing, and promotions AT &T; Sales Crew Member

Qualifications

:

• Professional, confident, and customer-focused attitude
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Previous AT&T; Sales Crew Member experience is a plus but not required
• Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets
• Prior experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service preferred
• Willingness to learn product knowledge and continue developing professionally
