Because of our unmatched ability to analyze, recommend and manage real life business risk for our clients, we can handle risks that are beyond the expertise of other firms. We are seeking an Account Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. Our ideal candidate will enjoy being a part of a team that is passionate about insurance and helping people. Our agency handles Commercial & Personal Lines insurance. Excellent work environment in beautiful building. Office has kitchen for employee use. Free on-site parking. Growing company with room for advancement and increased income potential. Our office hours are 10am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. This position is full- time.

Duties

: Candidate will be developing relationships with Commercial and Personal Lines clients and underwriters, providing customer service for clients, renewing existing policies, quoting & binding new policies, issuing Certificates of Insurance and providing support for the brokers in the office. Skills & Experience Required:

• Must have an active P&C; insurance license, without any disciplinary actions.
• Must have 2 years of prior experience as an Insurance Customer Service Rep.
• Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. HawkSoft, AMS, Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly Outlook & MS Excel)
• Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
• Multi-task oriented.
• Comfortable working in a team environment.
• Ability to interact effectively with peers and underwriters.
• Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Positive attitude is paramount.
• Ability to accomplish tasks without direct supervision. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
