• Utilize CRM software such as Brainstorm to track leads, manage customer interactions, and follow up effectively.
• Conduct sales presentations to audiences, ensuring clear communication and understanding of product and its benefits.
• Negotiate terms and close sales deals confidently while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance brand visibility and attract new customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process, addressing questions and resolving concerns promptly. Skills
• Proven experience in outside sales, especially in energy, security or solar sales environments.
• Strong knowledge of CRM software for managing sales pipelines and customer data.
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
• Bilingual abilities to communicate with a diverse client base.
• Familiarity with door-to-door sales techniques and community outreach strategies.
• Background in marketing or technical sales is a plus, demonstrating the ability to explain complex products clearly.
