• Work collaboratively with teammates to achieve individual and store sales goals. What We're Looking For
• Previous retail sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• A passion for helping customers and delivering outstanding service.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Experience handling cash or processing transactions is a plus.
