Key Responsibilities

:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by compiling lists of prospective customers from various sources.
• Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to qualify leads and convert inquiries into sales.
• Address technical and business objections from prospective customers.
• Prepare detailed bid proposals, including project dimensions, material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor estimates.
• Present bid packages to customers and secure acceptance.
• Estimate delivery dates based on production schedules.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Travel to trade shows and represent the company.
• Generate quotes, agreements, proposals and manage multiple projects simultaneously. What We're Looking For:
• Proven experience in sales or estimating in the paving industry.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Bid Master) and Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
