What You'll Do

As General Sales Manager, you'll be a driving force behind our dealerships. Leadership Lead, coach, mentor, and develop high-performing Sales Managers and Sales Consultants Conduct daily sales meetings that inspire accountability and performance Recruit, hire, develop, and retain top automotive talent Foster a positive, collaborative culture built around teamwork and continuous improvement Performance Drive sales volume, profitability, and customer satisfaction Desk deals and assist with negotiations Review deals for profitability, compliance, and accuracy Analyze reports, market trends, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth Monitor individual and team performance while holding associates accountable to goals Partner with the Business Office and Customer Experience Team to maximize every opportunity Ensure every guest receives an exceptional purchase experience Lead by example with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset What We're Looking For We're searching for proven automotive leaders who bring energy, accountability, and a passion for winning.
