Assistant Studio Manager StretchLab El Segundo Pay: $26.00$32.00 per hour + Monthly Performance Bonuses Job Type: Full-Time (3540 hours/week) Location: El Segundo, CA Help Lead One of the Fastest Growing Wellness Brands StretchLab is the industry leader in one-on-one assisted stretching. What You'll Do

: Sales & Membership Growth

• Convert leads into memberships through consultative sales
• Conduct Intro Stretch appointments and close memberships
• Follow up with prospects via phone, text, and email
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline
• Help achieve monthly studio revenue goals Leadership
• Coach and motivate the sales team
• Assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training
• Lead by example with professionalism and accountability
• Step into leadership responsibilities when the Studio Manager is unavailable
• Foster a positive, high-performance team culture Operations
• Help manage daily studio operations
• Ensure exceptional customer service and member retention
• Assist with scheduling staff and studio coverage
• Track KPIs and maintain operational excellence
• Support inventory management and retail sales Community Outreach
• Build relationships with local businesses
• Coordinate community events and partnerships
• Represent StretchLab throughout the South Bay community
• Generate referrals through networking and outreach initiatives What We're Looking For
• 2+ years of sales, retail management, fitness, hospitality, or customer service leadership experience
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Comfortable using CRM software and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Passion for health, wellness, and helping others Preferred Experience
