Responsibilities

• Engage with homeowners to identify their needs and present suitable solutions
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with homeowners by providing exceptional communication and ongoing support
• Negotiate terms and close deals by understanding client requirements and delivering compelling value propositions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding, technical integration, and continued customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Proven experience in negotiation, sales, or Real Estate sales within a fast-growing environment
• Strong business development skills with the ability to identify opportunities and convert prospects into clients
• Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively
• Analytical skills to assess client needs, market trends, and competitive landscapes effectively
• Experience in cold calling, closing deals, and maintaining long-term client relationships
• Leadership qualities that inspire confidence and foster trust among clients and team members
• Must have reliable Transportation
