Responsibilities

: Tour property and lease apartments to future residents Maintain clean and organized work station Efficient and timely processing of all required administrative forms, reports and related information Other tasks or duties as assigned by management, etc. Job

Requirements

: Minimum 6 months experience as an apartment leasing specialist Computer savvy Excellent written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of relevant software applications such as Yardi, Realpage, CRM, Bluemoon, Yieldstar (always a plus)
