Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Associate / Wellness Coordinator to join our team. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for creating an inviting atmosphere, providing service knowledge, and supporting sales and sales initiatives to enhance the patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service by understanding their wellness needs and preferences.
• Knowledgeably educate customers on the short- and long-term benefits of chiropractic care.
• Assist with both digital and physical patient forms completion and processing while ensuring patient understanding and awareness of the information provided and its importance.
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately for transactions, including cash handling and processing payments efficiently.
• Upsell complementary offering, convey value of add-ons, and promote ongoing promotions to maximize sales opportunities.
• Maintain excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries or scheduling appointments.
• Support inventory management through stocking, labeling, and organizing daily use supplies and products in compliance with store standards.
• Efficiently use the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to communicate and track new patient leads while converting each lead into an active patient.
• Encourage Patient review postings and interactions on clinic business and social media pages.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, cleanliness standards, and store policies at all times. Experience
• Previous sales experience is preferred.
• Ability to execute daily tasks with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and basic retail math for accurate transactions.
• Experience with upselling techniques to enhance sales performance.
• Bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse customer populations effectively.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to provide clear information and excellent customer service.
• Knowledge of point of sale, customer relationship management, Microsoft office, and Google business software and platforms is advantageous.
• Professional appearance in conjunction with team building skills to help inspire wellness journeys while delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced setting!
• Experience with chiropractic is preferred but not required. Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour
