Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Trainee to join our expanding sales team. Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions such as receiving, stocking, and delivery as you continue to grow and develop your product and industry knowledge
• Help customers at the counter in a friendly manner, promoting our showroom sales and learning a variety of soft skills such as upselling and negotiation.
• Answer incoming calls from customers in a bright, positive manner, while maintaining customer relationships.
• Assist with picking orders written up by the sales team
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process. Skills
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly
• Willingness to learn and grow with a growing business
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team environment in a fast-paced setting
• Excellent at relationship building and motivated to foster those relationships both within the team and with customers
