Full-Time Roving Marketing and Leasing needed at Christopherson Properties Come join our family-owned business team with over 50 years of success in the property management industry! We have a tenured team that works closely together and consists of employees who start with Christopherson Properties and stay, on average, for 9+ years. Our employees grow with the company, move up in their roles and are extremely valued! We have a leasing specialist position available our properties in Hopkins, Richfield, Minneapolis, and St. Louis Park.

Duties

will include, but not limited to: marketing & renting apartments, providing customer service to our residents & team members & prospects, answering phones, making appointments, lead management, office administration, and processing applications. We have a very competitive benefits package that can be discussed in the interview process. Our ideal candidates would be: Teachable, a quick learner, energetic, easy to change directions with their schedule, willing to travel between properties (mileage is paid), able help create the best 1st impression for our prospects and residents, able to do stairs on 2 1/2 story buildings, be comfortable answering the phone always and be a positive addition to our fabulous team. We have a great team with extensive hands-on training where you will not feel left alone. Must have: a reliable vehicle and current driver's license, experience with Excel, google docs and the ability to work Saturdays and the last and first of every month for turns. Nice to have: Rent Manager knowledge, customer service/leasing experience. This position is for our portfolio, and will require travel between our properties. Every day will be unique!
