Outside Sales Representative Real Estate Investing Pay: $35,000 - $180,000+ per year

Job Summary

We're looking for competitive, driven individuals who want to build a career in sales and real estate investing. No real estate experience or license is required. We will provide training, mentorship, and proven systems to help you succeed. This role is ideal for former athletes, recent college graduates, restaurant and hospitality professionals, military veterans, and anyone looking to build a high-income sales career. As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll meet with homeowners, build relationships, solve problems, and help property owners explore options for selling their homes.

What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners interested in selling their property
• Build rapport and uncover seller needs
• Present solutions and negotiate purchase agreements
• Follow up with prospects and maintain a strong pipeline
• Work closely with management to structure deals
• Attend appointments generated through company marketing and outreach efforts
• Track activity and maintain accurate records in our CRM
