Inside Sales Representative

• Schedule:
• Monday through Friday 9:30 am to 7:30 pm Due to business needs, the person in this role is expected to work a minimum of 50 hours per week and additional hours as necessary to fulfill the responsibilities of the position. Department : Customer Service Reports to: EVP Customer Experience FLSA Status: Exempt Bush Brothers is a fifth-generation family-run meat purveyor based in Royal Palm Beach, FL. Established in 1925, we pride ourselves on best-in-class service and a high-end protein portfolio. As a USDA-inspected processing plant, we specialize in center-of-the-plate and portion-controlled offerings to meet the demands of Florida's high-end Hotel, Restaurant, and Country Club clientele. We process and distribute Beef, Veal, Lamb, Pork, Poultry, and Provisions throughout South and Central Florida as well as into the Caribbean. Key accountabilities Supporting daily office operations, which include answering phones, following up with customers, taking customer orders, entering orders into our software, processing invoices/credit memos, and handling other daily tasks. Duties

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
• Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Representing the Company's service standards through excellent customer service
• Process and enter orders, credits, forms, and requests into our ERP.
• Manage daily pick up and Will Call orders.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers, vendors, and coworkers at all times.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the foodservice or distribution industry
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Bilingual a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks and time management in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient computer skills
