About Us

Team K5 Construction & Development Coordination is a growing permit expediting and development coordination company serving contractors, developers, and businesses throughout Florida. We specialize in navigating the permitting process, helping our clients save time and keep projects moving. We are seeking a motivated, bilingual sales professional to help expand our presence in South Florida by developing relationships with contractors, builders, developers, architects, and property owners.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities for permit expediting services throughout South Florida.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, developers, architects, engineers, and business owners.
• Conduct cold calls, emails, networking, and in-person visits to prospective clients.
• Identify upcoming construction projects and permitting opportunities.
• Maintain and manage a pipeline of leads and prospects.
• Present our services and communicate the value of partnering with Team K5.
• Attend industry networking events and represent the company professionally.
• Collaborate with our permit coordination team to ensure excellent customer service and long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (required).
• Previous experience in sales, business development, or account management preferred.
• Construction, permitting, real estate development, or related industry experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Proficient with email, Microsoft Office, and CRM software.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout South Florida.

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing relationships with contractors, builders, or developers in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties.
• B2B sales experience.
• Familiarity with the construction or permitting process.
