Job Summary

Duties

• Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients using warm calling techniques to generate new business opportunities
• Manage inbound inquiries with professionalism, providing detailed product information and tailored solutions
• Develop and nurture customer relationships through effective communication, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
• Conduct B2B (business-to-business) sales conversations, negotiating terms and closing deals efficiently
• Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Salesforce to track leads, update customer records, and manage sales pipelines
• Collaborate with marketing teams to execute targeted campaigns and follow up on marketing-generated leads
• Engage in technical sales discussions by understanding client needs and presenting appropriate technology solutions
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate value propositions in a fast-paced environment Skills
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close sales confidently and professionally
• Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or inside sales roles within technology or related industries
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly
• Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer data and sales activities
• Knowledge of technical sales processes and business development strategies
• Ability to conduct outbound calling campaigns with enthusiasm and persistence
