Door-to-Door Sales Representative (Canvasser)($50,000$150,000+) HydroLux Cleaning We are a fast-growing Door-to-door exterior cleaning company serving Orange County, specializing in window cleaning, solar panel cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, and trash bin cleaning. We are seeking energetic, motivated, and outgoing individuals who enjoy meeting people and want to build a rewarding career with unlimited income potential. We're looking for coachable people who are willing to put in the work, learn new skills, and continuously improve. No matter your level of experience, if you have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn, we'll provide the training and support to help you succeed.

Compensation

• Commission only + Performance Bonuses

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and develop business opportunities throughout Orange County through door-to-door canvassing.
• Introduce homeowners and businesses to HydroLux's exterior cleaning services.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Conduct estimates and explain service offerings.
• Follow up with prospects and existing customers.
• Maintain accurate records using our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals.
• Walk neighborhoods daily and comfortably spend extended periods outdoors, standing, walking, and talking with potential customers.
• Represent the HydroLux brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Previous sales, customer service, or canvassing experience is a plus, but not required
