Position: Leasing Agent Pay Rate: $20+ per hour (DOE) + Leasing Bonus Job Type: Full-time Join the Lease-Up of an Exciting New Apartment Community! As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in launching this new property, creating memorable first impressions for future residents, and building a vibrant community from the very beginning. What You'll Do

:

• Deliver exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents through engaging tours, needs assessments, and personalized follow-up
• Close leases by showcasing the best features of our brand-new apartments
• Prepare and process all leasing documentation including applications, lease agreements, move-in packets, and resident screenings
• Collect deposits, rent, and other move-in fees
• Ensure apartments are in pristine, move-in ready condition
• Creatively market the community and generate new leads
• Respond promptly to all inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits
• Help build and maintain a strong sense of community in our newest property

What You Bring

:

• Previous experience as an Apartment Leasing Agent (required)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel) and comfort with social media
• Experience with leasing software (ResMan and Blue Moon preferred)
• Ability to work weekends as required
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a true team player mentality What We Offer:
