We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Leasing Consultant to join our property management team! Duties

• Greet prospective tenants and conduct property tours with enthusiasm, highlighting features and answering questions confidently
• Manage lease or rental agreement processes using property management software such as Yardi
• Screen applicants by verifying income, rental history, and conducting background checks in compliance with Fair Housing regulations
• Maintain accurate records of leasing activities, data entry, and filing using Microsoft Office and property management tools,
• Collaborate with team members on lease renewals, rent collection, and property maintenance coordination
• Handle conflict management situations professionally, ensuring positive client relationships and resolution of disputes or concerns

Requirements

• Proven experience in property leasing or real estate administrative roles with familiarity in property management company operations
• Proficiency with Yardi, OneSite, Microsoft Office Suite, and other property management tools such as Client Relationship Management (CRM) systems
• Excellent customer service skills paired with effective phone etiquette and conflict resolution abilities
• Ability to manage contracts, lease agreements, and rental documentation accurately while maintaining confidentiality
• Experience in sales or upselling to promote additional services or lease options
