Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Hospice Marketer / Community Liaison to join our compassionate team. In this vital role, you will serve as the bridge between our hospice services and the community, fostering relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and potential clients. Duties

• Develop and implement strategic outreach plans to promote hospice services within the community.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, nursing homes, and community organizations through regular visits and presentations.
• Conduct educational sessions to inform the community about hospice care benefits and services.
• Manage key accounts by providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries promptly, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Organize and participate in community events, health fairs, and seminars to raise awareness of hospice options.
• Analyze market trends and feedback to refine outreach strategies and improve service delivery. Skills
• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills to effectively engage diverse audiences.
• Proven experience in account management, B2B sales, or medical sales with a focus on outside sales environments.
• Ability to demonstrate products confidently through engaging demos tailored to audience needs.
• Strong leadership qualities to motivate teams and influence the community positively.
• Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple accounts, events, and outreach activities efficiently.
• Proficiency in analysis skills for assessing market data and adjusting strategies accordingly.
• Familiarity with Canva and Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, for preparing presentations and reports.
• Deep understanding of healthcare systems, pharmaceutical sales processes, or medical product markets is a plus.
