As we expand our portfolio, we're seeking a passionate Leasing Agent to join us in upholding our commitment to excellence. As a Leasing Agent, your responsibilities include:

• Building Relationships: Welcoming prospective residents and guiding them through the leasing process, showcasing available units, and making them feel at home.
• Sales & Marketing: Managing property tours, highlighting features and benefits, and contributing to occupancy goals through proactive leasing strategies.
• Customer Service: Acting as the first point of contact for residents and prospects, addressing inquiries, and ensuring satisfaction through excellent service.
• Administrative

Duties

: Assisting with lease agreements, application processes, and keeping accurate records of resident interactions.

• Property Maintenance Awareness: Ensuring the property is always presented in its best light and coordinating with maintenance teams as needed.
• Team Collaboration: Working closely with property managers and other team members to meet community goals and maintain a positive environment.
