We are seeking a motivated bilingual salesperson to join our team here at Wondries Toyota. We are looking for self-starting individuals that value making relationships with customers with the ability to multi-task in a fast pace working environment. As an automotive salesperson, you will receive training for certification from the Manufacturer as well as support and training from the management team. • Assess client needs, build instant rapport & perform customized demonstrations of vehicle features
• Maintain an expertise level of knowledge of new products, features and accessories available, and explaining their benefits to the customer.
• Demonstrate an understanding that business is built on excellent customer satisfaction and being committed to providing first-rate customer service
• Build a successful referral network
• Complete Manufacturer specific training as needed
• Maintain a professional appearance/dress code
• Maintain punctual work attendance
• Take direction, follow process and be able to multi task
• Proficiency in Mandarin a plus
• Must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the U.S
• Current/Valid California Driver License
