Job Summary

Northland Staffing Solutions is hiring customer-facing Store Representatives for our client in Burnsville and Mankato. The role combines customer service, parts sales/support, order entry, and light warehouse duties. Candidates should have mechanical aptitude, strong communication skills, and a dependable work ethic. Pay ranges from $21$22/hr with a MondayFriday daytime schedule.

Responsibilities

of the Sales Associate:

• Assist retail customers with parts identification and cross-referencing
• Enter customer orders into the system
• Help will-call customers and complete paperwork
• Pull and package parts as needed
• Provide product recommendations and solve application-related issues
• Process invoices and customer payments (purchase orders, credit cards, etc.)
• Troubleshoot order and fulfillment issues Job Type: Full Time, First Shift Salary: $21.00-22.00 per hour ALLJ Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
