Duties

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using warm calling techniques to generate new business opportunities
• Engage in consultative selling by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate products or services
• Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update client information, and manage sales pipelines effectively
• Apply sales automation technologies to streamline outreach efforts and improve efficiency in client communication
• Negotiate terms and close deals confidently while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction and long-term relationships
• Collaborate with marketing teams to follow up on leads and participate in outreach campaigns for business development
• Maintain high standards of customer service by providing clear information, addressing questions promptly, and ensuring positive client experiences

Requirements

• Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or technical sales roles with a focus on B2B (business-to-business) transactions
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively and confidently
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce Cloud or other CRM software for managing customer data and sales activities
• Experience with sales technology adoption including sales automation tools and call center platforms
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex technical information clearly
• Demonstrated success in outbound calling, warm calling strategies, and developing new client relationships
