Overview

EverGuard is looking for motivated, coachable, and competitive Inside Sales Representatives to join our growing team. This is an in-office sales role focused on helping individuals, families, and small businesses better protect themselves from identity theft, fraud, cyber threats, and personal data exposure. Our team works with inbound leads daily, educates customers on available protection solutions, and helps them choose the right level of coverage for their needs. If you are driven, comfortable on the phone, and excited by the opportunity to build a serious income in a growing industry, this could be a great fit. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will: Manage inbound leads daily, qualifying opportunities and guiding customers through the sales process.

• Educate individuals and small businesses on cybersecurity risks, identity theft concerns, and available protection solutions.
• Build trust quickly, ask strong questions, handle objections, and help customers make informed decisions.
• Consistently work toward and exceed sales goals by improving conversion rates and customer experience.
• Re-engage previous opportunities to increase conversions and turn qualified leads into customers.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to strengthen sales strategies, share best practices, and improve overall results. We are looking for someone who is:
• Confident and comfortable communicating over the phone.
• Competitive, goal-oriented, and motivated by performance-based income.
• Coachable and willing to learn a proven sales process.
• Professional, reliable, and able to build trust with customers quickly.
• Organized and consistent with follow-up.
• Positive, resilient, and able to handle rejection without losing momentum.
• Interested in helping people protect themselves and their families. Previous sales experience is helpful, but the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to be coached matter most. Starting base pay is $18/hour plus commissions. Top-performing sales representatives have the opportunity to earn $150,000+ annually. EverGuard offers:

• In-office team environment with hands-on coaching and support This is an in-office position. Our office is currently located in Lehi, Utah, with plans to move north to Draper, Utah this fall.
