Whether you are already a licensed Insurance Producer or are interested in joining the David Stansfield Agency you'll receive hands-on mentoring from one of the most successful Farmers Agency in the United States. • Personal Lines and Commercial Insurance sales

• Annual insurance reviews that create exceptional client retention
• Building a long-term business through referrals and outstanding customer service You'll work directly alongside an experienced agency owner who has built one of Farmers' premier agencies through integrity, service, and consistent growth.

Responsibilities

:

• Prospect and generate new business through referrals, networking, and marketing.
• Meet with individuals, families, and business owners to identify insurance needs.
• Recommend personalized insurance solutions.
• Develop long-term relationships with clients.
• Conduct annual policy reviews.
• Meet and exceed sales goals.

Preferred:

• Property & Casualty License
• Life & Health License
