Full-Time & Part-Time | 100% Commission-Based We're looking for motivated, coachable individuals to join our growing life insurance sales team. Our aim is to mentor coachable individuals into the opportunity to start their own business in the life insurance field, to provide for their families in a rewarding and growth oriented way. No cold calling - Warm leads available to purchase through our in house marketing team.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with interested prospects.
• Explain products and answer questions.
• Help customers choose the right coverage.
• Guide clients through the application process.
• Maintain accurate customer records.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers by phone.
• Goal-oriented, dependable, and coachable.
