ENS Security, a CCTV wholesaler, is looking for an Inside Sales Representative with a focus on developing new business. The Inside Sales Representative should embrace a sense of urgency and be able to overcome objections while bringing in new business each month. The role offers an hourly base salary and uncapped commissions (very lucrative). The role is Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm, onsite (not remote), in the Farmers Branch office. Pay is Hourly wage, Monthly Bonus and uncapped commissions. Bilingual English and Spanish skill sets preferred but not required. Essential functions and duties: Seek out and develop new customers Outreach is performed by phone, email, and at times video conference. Cold calling potential business clients (~50 each day) advertise and educate on ENS Security products. Will perform outreach to inactive customers, those with no activity in at least 90 days. Review prior order and treated as new customers. Responsible for the full sales cycle.

Qualifications

: 1 to 2 years' experience in Sales, preferred in developing new business customers can be a trainee. CCTV experience is a plus, but not required. Prior experience with Zoho and Acumatica is a plus Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or Communication or other related field. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
