Massage Envy Moreno Valley Are you a motivated, outgoing sales professional who enjoys connecting with people, building relationships, and helping clients find solutions that support their wellness goals? Massage Envy Moreno Valley is seeking a Front Desk Sales Associate who thrives in a customer-focused sales environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sales conversations, achieving goals, building client relationships, and creating exceptional guest experiences. This is not a traditional receptionist role. Our Front Desk Sales Associates play a key role in growing our business by educating guests on our wellness services, recommending solutions that meet their needs, driving membership sales, and creating loyal clients while also supporting daily front desk operations.

What You'll Do

:

• Drive membership sales through meaningful conversations with guests
• Educate clients on membership benefits, services, and enhancements
• Recommend additional services that support each client's wellness goals
• Build strong relationships with members to increase retention and loyalty
• Follow up with leads and inactive members to encourage rebooking
• Convert guest inquiries into appointments and memberships
• Provide exceptional customer service from check-in to check-out
• Manage appointment scheduling, phone calls, payments, and client accounts
• Maintain accurate records and support daily clinic operations
• Communicate professionally with clients, therapists, estheticians, and leadership We're Looking For Someone Who:
• Has previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, beauty, fitness, healthcare, or customer service
• Enjoys connecting with people and confidently recommending products or services
• Is motivated by goals, performance, and opportunities to earn additional income
• Is comfortable having sales conversations and asking for the sale
• Can overcome objections while maintaining a positive customer experience
• Is organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Brings a positive attitude and professional presence every day

• $17.15 $17.90/hour

Requirements

:

• Must have availability for some evening shifts
• Must be available to work 2 out of 3 weekend days (Friday, Saturday, and/or Sunday)
• Flexible scheduling available based on clinic needs
