Compensation

Estimated annual income: $35,000$250,000+ commission-based This is not a salaried position. Real estate agents are compensated through commissions from closed transactions. What You'll Do

As a real estate agent, you will build and manage your own sales business with training and support from Keller Williams Smart 1. Your responsibilities may include:

• Prospecting for buyers, sellers, and referrals
• Following up with leads and past contacts
• Hosting open houses
• Showing homes to buyers
• Helping sellers prepare and market their homes
• Writing and negotiating offers
• Managing client communication throughout the transaction
• Attending training, coaching, and business-planning sessions
• Building a long-term referral-based real estate business Who We're Looking For You may be a good fit if you are:

Requirements

• Must have, or be willing to obtain, a Florida real estate license
