Pay Rate: $17-$19

Responsibilities

:

• 1. Maintain office organization, oversee administrative leasing operations, and streamline processes. 2. Oversee units maintenance to ensure optimal conditions. 3. Execute contracts with tenants. 4. Provide exceptional phone handling and customer service. 5. Perform accurate data entry and record-keeping. 6. Utilize marketing strategies to attract potential tenants.
• Experience Needed: 1. Strong organizational and prioritization skills. 2. Excellent communication abilities. 3. Proficiency in basic computer skills for data entry and record-keeping. 4. Bi-lingual (Spanish) The following Experience is NOT required but is a plus: -Previous experience in contract execution & a good track record in leasing, or related fields -Knowledge in property repair & maintenance Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour Application Question(s):
