Overview

This is much more than a front desk position. As our Front Desk & Sales Representative, you will be responsible for creating an outstanding first impression for every visitor while actively converting leads into members, following up with prospective families, and helping our academy continue to grow. If you're energetic, confident, organized, and enjoy talking to people, this is an excellent opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome students, parents, and visitors with exceptional customer service.
• Respond quickly to phone calls, text messages, emails, and social media inquiries.
• Conduct academy tours and confidently present our programs.
• Follow up with new leads and trial students to convert them into members.
• Assist with student enrollment and membership sales.
• Manage check-ins, registrations, and payments through our membership software.
• Follow up on overdue accounts and outstanding balances.
• Promote camps, Parents' Night Out, private lessons, special events, and retail merchandise.
• Help achieve monthly enrollment and retention goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
• Support instructors and management to deliver an exceptional member experience.

Requirements

• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or reception.
• Comfortable speaking with new people and asking for the sale.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organized, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with social media.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
• Available for afternoon/evening shifts and Saturday mornings.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with membership or service sales.
• Experience working toward sales goals or KPIs.
• Familiarity with Kicksite, Zen Planner, or similar CRM systems.
• Passion for fitness, martial arts, or a healthy lifestyle. Schedule
• MondayFriday: Approximately 45 hours per day (afternoon/evening)
• Saturday: 3 hours (morning)
• Average 2729 hours per week Hours may increase during Spring Break, Summer Camp, and special events.
