Duties

• Manage existing accounts by providing outstanding customer service, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying upselling opportunities to maximize revenue.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to showcase our offerings' value and features.
• Develop and execute territory management strategies to optimize coverage and sales performance within assigned regions.
• Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support business development initiatives.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively while maintaining professionalism and integrity throughout the sales process.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and territory insights to inform future strategies. Experience
• Proven experience in outside sales or B2B (business-to-business) sales environments with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong management skills with the ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for lead management and analysis.
• Demonstrated success in territory management, lead generation, cold calling, and direct sales techniques.
• Excellent negotiation skills coupled with a customer-centric approach that fosters long-term relationships.
• Knowledge of marketing strategies related to technology sales or retail environments is a plus.
