• Take showroom traffic and internet leads to closed deals
• Work every deal aggressively from first contact to delivery
• Follow up and build repeat/referral business
• Work with managers and lenders to structure and close deals
• Use social media to generate your own pipeline and brand What We're Looking For:
• Minimum 2 years automotive sales experience (REQUIRED)
• Proven closer not just someone who talks well
• High energy, competitive, and driven by income
• Comfortable working subprime and structuring deals
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a strong plus
• Someone who takes ownership of their numbers Who This Is NOT For:
• Order takers waiting for easy deals
• Salespeople who rely only on ups
