Position Summary

: We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Boutique Market Associate to join our team. This role requires someone who is passionate about food, enjoys engaging with customers, and thrives in a guest facing retail setting. The ideal candidate has a great attitude, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to creating a memorable shopping experience.

• THIS POSITION REQUIRES THE ABILITY TO SELL ALCOHOL WITHOUT A SUPERVISOR ON SITE. AS PER COLORADO LAW, TO SELL ALCOHOL ONE MUST BE THE AGE OF 21 OR ABOVE, PLEASE APPLY FOR THE POSITION ACCORDINGLY

Key Responsibilities

:

• Greet and assist customers with product selection and inquiries
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store layout
• Restock shelves and ensure products are displayed attractively and rotated properly
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system, handle transactions, and manage cash accurately
• Assist in receiving and checking inventory deliveries
• Support with merchandising, pricing, and promotional displays
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are followed at all times
• Contribute to a team-oriented, supportive work environment

Qualifications

:

• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Interest in local and artisanal food products is a plus
