Front Desk Sales Associate (Wellness Associate) MassageLuxe Spa Location: Littleton, CO Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Join a Growing Luxury Spa Brand Focused on Wellness & Guest Experience MassageLuxe, a nationally recognized and rapidly growing spa brand, is seeking friendly, professional Front Desk Wellness Associates to join our Littleton team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional spa experience while supporting membership sales and daily spa operations.

What You'll Do

Guest Experience & Customer Service

• Greet guests with warmth and professionalism
• Create a welcoming and relaxing environment
• Build strong relationships and ensure guest satisfaction Sales & Membership Support
• Promote spa services and membership programs
• Educate guests on the benefits of massage and facials
• Earn commissions and bonuses for meeting sales goals Spa Operations
• Schedule appointments and manage bookings
• Check clients in and out
• Maintain memberships and client records
• Keep the front desk and spa area clean and organized What We're Looking For
• Must be available to work 8-hour shifts anytime between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, including Saturdays
• Highly reliable and punctual; consistent attendance is required
• Friendly, upbeat, and professional personality
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Goal-oriented and motivated by sales opportunities
• Customer service or sales experience preferred (but we will train the right candidate)
• Able to work independently and accept constructive feedback What We Offer
