• Training & development Aurum Wireless is one of the nation's fastest-growing AT&T; Business dealers, and we're hiring ambitious sales professionals to join our Business Fiber sales team at our Roseville, MN office. This is a true inside sales role where you'll spend your day speaking with business owners, building relationships, and helping companies upgrade to AT&T; Business Fiber. This is NOT a customer service position. If you're competitive, driven, and enjoy earning based on your performance, we want to talk with you.

What You'll Do

• Make outbound calls to business owners using qualified prospect lists.
• Identify businesses that qualify for AT&T; Business Fiber.
• Present the value of faster, more reliable internet while helping businesses reduce costs.
• Schedule customers for our White Glove account setup process.
• Follow up with prospects to close future opportunities.
• Keep detailed notes inside our CRM. Work closely with leadership to continually improve your sales skills.

Compensation

• Hourly + Commissions
• Weekly commission payouts
• Uncapped earning potential

• Successful representatives typically earn $70,000-$150,000+ annually , with no cap on commissions. What We're Looking For
• Sales experience is REQUIRED.
• B2B sales experience is strongly preferred.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Strong communication and objection-handling skills.
• Self-motivated and competitive. Reliable attendance and professional attitude.
• Retail cashier, food service, hospitality, or general customer service experience by itself is not considered sales experience. What We Offer
