What You'll Do

• Prospect new business through high-volume outbound cold calling
• Connect with business owners and C-level decision-makers
• Build rapport and uncover business needs
• Present our commercial collections solutions
• Manage your pipeline and follow-up activity in our CRM
• Generate interest and transfer to closer
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales goals
• Work alongside a competitive closer in a high-energy sales environment

What You Bring

• 2+ years of successful lead generating
• Confidence making outbound cold calls every day
• B2B sales experience with a history of generating new business
• A proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota
• Strong communication and negotiation skills over the phone
• Not Required -Experience using a CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
• Self-motivation, resilience, and a competitive mindset Pay: $3,033.33 - $3,900.00 per month
