SB Telecommunications is hiring motivated individuals to join our team as an Entry Level Sales Associate. No previous sales experience is required; we provide paid training, hands-on coaching, and ongoing support to help you succeed. In this role, you'll work directly with homeowners in local neighborhoods, introducing them to available telecommunications services, answering questions, and helping customers enroll in the services that best fit their needs. If you enjoy talking with people, staying active throughout the day, and working toward personal goals, this could be a great opportunity for you.

What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners face-to-face in assigned residential neighborhoods.
• Introduce customers to available internet, TV, and telecommunications services.
• Explain promotions, pricing, and product features in a clear and friendly way.
• Help new customers complete service enrollments and account information.
• Answer customer questions and provide helpful recommendations based on their needs.
• Record customer interactions and completed enrollments using company systems.
• Attend daily team meetings and ongoing training sessions to build your skills.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals with support from experienced leaders. What We're Looking For
