Overview

We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Business Development Representative to join our agency. This role combines business development, sales support, and client service responsibilities. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, and enjoys building relationships with prospective and existing clients while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to generate new business opportunities.
• Conduct follow-up calls with leads, referrals, and existing customers.
• Assist licensed agents with the sales process by scheduling appointments and preparing client information.
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update the agency's CRM system.
• Perform outreach through phone, email, and other communication channels to promote agency products and services.
• Support marketing initiatives and community outreach efforts.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage retention and referrals.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, business development or call center is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with prospective clients.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and team oriented.
• Insurance license is required, but training is provided.
• Hourly plus commission! Pay: $35,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
