What You'll Do

• Connect with residential and small business customers to introduce Verizon's internet, TV, and phone services.
• Meet with customers in person through residential neighborhoods, community events, and other outreach opportunities.
• Learn about each customer's needs and recommend the Verizon products and services that best fit their lifestyle.
• Build relationships by providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
• Manage your sales pipeline from initial conversation through account setup.
• Stay up to date on Verizon products, promotions, and technology.
• Work alongside a supportive team to achieve individual and team goals.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development. What We're Looking For
