Sales Manager Closer/Floor Manager and GSM positions High Volume Growth Role $120,000 to $225,000 + a year performance based Dealership Location: Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, West Palm Beach, Jupiter Beach, Palm Beach Gardens Due to a new acquisition we are seeking Sales Managers and or GSM to lead and drive performance across the sales and finance departments. This is a hands-on leadership role for a natural born leader who thrives in a fast- paced, performance-driven environment, has the ability to win over and lead a team , and understands that follow-up is key to driving results. WE pick up the phones and drive activity. WE make deals over the phone. WE turn over and talk to every customer. You must perform at this store, this is not a country club. We are looking for a proven operator with strong desking ability, accountability standards, and a deep understanding of F&I; performance.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Lead and develop the sales and finance teams to consistently achieve and exceed targets
• Drive front-end and back-end gross through strong deal structure and lender alignment
• Enforce disciplined follow-up processes across all leads, deals, and unsold opportunities
• Maintain a culture of accountability, energy, and performance
• Work closely with ownership to execute strategy and improve store results
• Ensure a seamless customer experience from showroom to delivery

Qualifications

:

• Prior experience as a GSM, Desk Manager, or high-performing Sales Manager
• Proven ability to structure deals and maximize profitability
• High-level leadership presence with the ability to win over, motivate, and hold teams accountable
• Strong process discipline with a clear understanding that consistent follow-up drives revenue
