Join an Established and Growing Title Agency We are an established, full-service title agency serving Central Florida and are seeking an energetic, relationship-driven Account Executive to expand our presence in Eastern Polk and Western Osceola Counties. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys networking, developing new business, and building lasting client relationships within the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an exclusive sales territory with well-established book of business while identifying new business opportunities.
• Develop and grow relationships with real estate agents, lenders, builders, attorneys, and other referral partners to increase market share.
• Plan and sponsor educational classes, networking events, and other programs for the real estate community.
• Create and implement innovative marketing strategies using both traditional and digital platforms.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with branch management and escrow officers to strengthen the company's presence within the local real estate community.
• Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and community organizations.

Qualifications

• Prior outside sales experience with a proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to prospect, cold call, and consistently follow up with prospective clients.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Flexibility to attend networking events, educational seminars, and occasional evening or weekend functions.
• Experience using social media and digital marketing to support business development efforts.
• Experience in the title, mortgage, or real estate industry is preferred but not required.
