We are urgently hiring a Retail Sales Technician for our Fort Collins uBreakiFix by Asurion location. This is an instore, handson role for someone who enjoys working with technology, helping customers, and earning commission through great service and sales. If you're dependable, techcurious, and ready to start quickly, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair customer electronic devices (phones, tablets, and more)
• Deliver excellent customer experiences using our Serve, Solve, Sell approach
• Sell products and services on every transaction
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals (commissionbased)
• Organize sameday pickup inventory (packing, shipping, receiving)
• Work efficiently in a fastpaced retail environment
• Support nearby locations when business needs require What We're Looking For
• 1+ year of customer service or retail sales experience
• Basic knowledge of mobile devices and operating systems
• Experience with electronics repair or troubleshooting (preferred)
• Soldering experience (a plus, not required)
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule (including weekends)
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office
