What You'll Do

as an Entry Level Account Manager

• Meet with prospective customers to introduce Quantum Fiber products and recommend solutions based on their individual needs.
• Guide customers through the enrollment process while creating a smooth, informative, and positive experience from start to finish.
• Build long-term customer relationships through consistent communication, personalized service, and responsive follow-up.
• Support daily sales initiatives while contributing to individual achievements and overall team performance.
• Develop practical leadership skills by learning business operations, performance management, and effective sales strategies.
• Assist with onboarding and encouraging new team members while continuing to grow as an Entry Level Account Manager-.
• Monitor customer interactions to help maintain a high standard of service and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Participate in coaching sessions, leadership workshops, and professional development opportunities designed to prepare you for future advancement. What We're Looking For in an Entry Level Account Manager-
