Business Development Manager Location: Deer Park, TX Company: Pro Source People Salary: $65,000$75,000 per year + Uncapped Commission CAR ALLOWANCE -or- Mileage Reimbursement About Pro Source People Pro Source People is a growing staffing and workforce solutions company dedicated to connecting top talent with outstanding employers. We're looking for a driven, results-oriented Business Development Manager who thrives on building relationships, opening new doors, and generating new business opportunities.

Position Summary

This is a true hunter role. The ideal candidate is energized by prospecting, making cold calls, and developing new client relationships. You'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, scheduling meetings, presenting staffing solutions, and growing our client base through consistent outbound sales efforts. Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business through cold calling, networking, email outreach, and referrals.
• Develop and execute strategies to identify and secure new client accounts.
• Schedule and conduct client meetings to present Pro Source People's staffing solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers.
• Negotiate service agreements and close new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with recruiters to ensure successful placement and client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline in the CRM.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of business development, outside sales, or staffing sales experience preferred.
• Proven success in cold calling and generating new business.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
